Sacred Sweat Lodge ceremony
09-02-2023
Moonlodge (Only Woman)
Dear Woman,

I welcome you in the sacred sweat lodge ceremony of 18-06-2023.
I welcome you to be present in all that you are. And to be present in the circle of woman to experience and receive the support of the feminine energy. The sweat lodge represents the womb of Mother earth. Let's together honour and respect the power and wisdom of the womb and the feminine energy. With love and care I invite you to connect with your own feminine energy.
This ceremony will fall during the new moon. New moon is a powerful moment. This is the moment in time you can NOT see the moon. This is why the energy of this moment is inward. This time of the moon, will support us looking inward: What is it that we truly need? And what do you need to let go? What do you want to manifest? What power steps are you daring to make for the next chapter in your life?

The moon will support us during these important questions and energy shift's that we will make. Come and receive healing, cleansing, insights and wisdom. Come and receive the gifts of life. Come and dare to give: give yourself the opportunity to be here with an open heart. Come and give your dedication to stand powerful, strong and with love.
Sweat lodges are powerful initation portals. They help us to open our heart, connect with nature, connect with our own true essence, and help us balance the 4 elements within and without us. This ceremony is for everyone who is ready to take full responsibility for their own abundant happy life. For everyone who is ready to share their own special gift to the world and shine. To shine their light bright, so others will recognise and remember their own inner light. And maybe dare to do the same.

Practical:
- We start at 10:30
You are welcome to arrive between 10:30 and 11. Make yourself comfortable, drink a tea and land in our property. 11 we start the circle. This ceremony will take the full day. After we enter the ceremonial space, we go in to "indian-time". This means that we are out of time and I can't tell you how late we will end this day. (It can be around 17:00 if we exit the ceremony. But it can also be 19:00 or 20:00. Trust that the ceremony will take the right amount of time. Better to make no other appointments after this ceremony, so you are truly "Free" to be in the "indian-time")
- We will share a dinner together
After the ceremony there will be a ''Potluck''. This potluck is still part of the ceremony. During this ritual we share abundance and joy. Everyone brings some food to share to bring in their own energy.
- Bring your own glass/cup, plate, fork, knife, spoon.
(we don't have it on location)
- Bring your dish for the potluck.
(A "Potluck" is a small dish. This can be a salad, bread, cheese, pasta, soup, quiche, tart or any other dish you feel like eating and sharing after the ceremony.)
- Bring a towel / sarong + extra towel for after the ceremony
The sweat loge represents the womb of mother earth. We did not enter or came out of the womb of our own mother with clothes. We respect the sacredness of our body's. In my own experience it is most comfortable to leave all clothes behind to embrace ourselves in freedom. However: If you feel more comfortable to have a towel with you in the sweat lodge bring it. Keep in mind that this towel will get dirty. Bring a clean towel for after the sweat lodge.
- Bring warm clothes and clothes that keep you dry.
We will be outside this hole day and it will be winter. Make Shure that your clothes are able to handle the weather conditions. We have a little shelter but we will be in outdoor conditions. It can also be nice to bring a blanked for yourself.
- If you have one: Bring your drum, rattle ore other sacred instrument
- Feel free to bring your personal power tool to place on the altar.
- Register by Janna personally
To make sure that the group does not get too big, there is a maximum group size. Contact Janna to make a reservation. She will gladly inform you about the ins and outs of the ceremony. This you can do per e-mail: janna_jip@hotmail.com or WhatsApp: +31 (0)6 156 79 214
- Personal investment to participate: 60,- Euro
Giving a sweatloge is a big investment for both the water and fire keeper. It takes day's to put al of the work together: in a medicine way, in a healing way for the good of all.
Preparation:
You are welcome in who you are. Welcome in how you feel in this moment in time. Welcome in your joy AND your sorrow. Welcome in your strength AND your weakness. I welcome you with all that you are and invite you to be gentle with yourself.

The day's / week's before the ceremony, I ask you to take time to think of your intentions and wishes: What is it that you need or seek?
* Love: feeling and being unconditional love. Maybe you are ready to accept more love in your life / A new partner? Or deepening your current relationship. Strengthen the love connection's that are present in your life right now.
* Trusting your intuition.
* Be able to live more from the heart.
* The courage and wisdom to make decisions.
*Wisdom
* Abundance
* Trust
* Healing for yourself or your loved ones?
* To ignite a new project? To empower your responsibility and work?
* Strength, courage, power, authenticity? Standing more in your own power. Daring to stand for who you are?
* A better connection with the earth? Grounding.
* Gratefulness? Feeling more grateful for your life and all the abundance. Remembering for what you are grateful / counting your blessings.
* ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

Important:
- The day of the ceremony it's better to have a light breakfast or do a fast. It's not good to have a full stomach during the ceremony. (Your body will be too busy digesting the food and keep you from going deep in to meditation and trance)

- No drugs or alcohol the day of the ceremony.

- A few day's before the ceremony, it's better to not drink coffee, alcohol or eat meat / fish. Try not to eat too much sugar. And if you can: also leave alcohol, cigarettes or drugs. (This way you already go into a detoxification. The sweat lodge is a purification ritual. You will go much deeper if you already do a cleansing beforehand.)

And last but not least:
Trust in the process. The moment you are registered and ensured of your spot in the ceremony: the ceremony is already started within you. In our heads we can overthink everything. But trust that this ceremony will give you everything that you need in this point in time. That can be something unexpected: What we need... Can be differet from what we think we need. Trust in the process.
